Unmatched payment

Normally, mobi.guider automatically matches the incoming payments with the corresponding quotes. An unmatched payment is a payment that mobi.guider cannot match with a quote, for example because the payment contains an incorrect quote reference.

Unmatched payments are added to a special list, which can be consulted in the Revenue Management module. From there, the payments can be processed manually.
